Looks like, for the time being, we'll all still be able to vote-by-mail.

Since the US Senate has left for the summer, and it will be 60 days before
the election, at least this won't change before the election.  It's still
a small possibility that the Supreme Court could unblock the ballot
restrictions sent via Postal Mail, in which case things may change
significantly.
