I think this is the scenario that Tad Stoermer was referencing. In
theory, any doubts about legitimacy of the election, come January 3 2027,
Republicans could refuse to seat Democratic Party congresspersons, thereby
effectively nullifying the election.
Perhaps this is what Parkrose Permaculture was also referring to?
A lot of this depends on what the supreme court ends up doing.
