Yeah, it's an interesting problem.  I think it needs to be easier to have
smaller companies or perhaps worker-owned companies in Ca so that
if there is a mass exodus of billionaires and/or large corporations, there
is a way to keep the workers.

This may happen naturally if there is a slow migration, but it's not clear
that Becerra nor the Dems would have the foresight to move things in the
right direction.  🤷
