I think the moratorium on data centers and slowing down development until
there is a good solution to this issue is the only way to go, Super PACs
or not.

On one hand, I don't like censoring what people can use (AI, search
engines, etc.), and, on the other, AI can be used for oppressive purposes,
such as maintaining worker discipline and for war, quite aside from all
the environmental issues.
