Possibly.  But, you can always download a DRM-free version, e.g.,

 https://libro.fm/audiobooks/9781668647134-connecting-dots

and burn it to a CD.  Or, put it onto your phone and bluetooth it, either
in the car or on the stereo.  You may be able to copy it to a USB stick,
too, and play it in the car.

Having non-physical media is probably preferable, anyway.  Less clutter.
