Thank you, it does look like the card is closed since 05/01 we no longer
offer atm only cards. I can issue you a new debit card or you can visit
the branch to pick one up same day

Correct, we discontinued them. We did send out emails to members to let
them know the change.

No you can do it over the phone once you get the pin  

or you can visit a branch for a new card same day

OK, I guess I'll do it that way. I've had the same PIN for many years and
loathe the idea of having a different one.
