Alty - I was unable to reach Cheri today, but I did finally get through to
Morgan Stanley.

The person in the Morgan Stanley Palo Alto office, Michelline Padilla,
told me that my account there is managed and it needs to be converted to
an unmanaged account.  She thinks this will be completed by Thu Apr 24,
but will email me when the conversion is complete.

>From what I understand, we can try the transfer to Fidelity again at that
point.  If it is still a problem, I can again try liquidating the
problematic assets in there, namely:

 * Janus Henderson Mortg Backed (JMBS)
 * Janus Henderson B-BBB Clo Et (JBBB)
 * Quadratic Int Rte Vol Infl H (IVOL)
