How did your butternut squash carrot bisque come out?

Unfortunately, I left the squash outside and a lot of it froze, so a
good portion was ruined.  I've made a lot of squash pies with what I got
from my garden, though, and still have a lot left to bake and make more
pies.

The rutabagas are still in the ground, but we're going to clean up the
garden this weekend.  I'm trying to decide if I should leave them in a
little longer and clean up around them.  They seem to be okay in the
ground and they won't take up room in my refrigerator.
