 Thanks for the update, Noelle.  You were probably wise not to buy just
to own something.  My sister got talked into a condo in San Diego that
costs about twice what she can afford, and her ARM is probably going to
bankrupt her once the true interest rate kicks in.

Meanwhile I am on sabbatical in Edinburgh Scotland, which is kind of
like .  You and Robert would love it!  Come visit any time.
