Interviewing the founder of Monster is a completely pointless exercise.  Because Monster is paid service like Dice and Hotjobs, the only employers that list on services like Monster are those with extremely specialized needs.  After a fruitless job search for almost 2 years, I no longer even look at Monster nor some other employer-paid job boards because the requirements are often so outrageous; there are other low-cost or no-cost job boards (Craigslist comes to mind) which have much higher quality job listings and are more likely to result in an interview.
